The Erskine Industrial Soil Conditioner tills, pulverizes, levels, and grades soil up to 4 inches deep. Tungsten carbide teeth and a spiral rotor pattern break up sod, compacted soil, and dirt clods while helping move material into low spots for a smoother finish.

Large solid rubber wheels improve stability and depth control, while manual or optional hydraulic angling directs material left, right, or straight ahead. Optional Dynamic Depth Control follows ground contours and allows on-the-go adjustment from the cab.
